We use a platform called
Captyn to manage all our scheduling and billing here at Quest Swim School.
We offer classes 7 days a week
Monday-Friday: 10am-1pm & 3pm-8pm
Saturday: 10am-2pm
Sunday: 1pm-6pm
To narrow your search use the filters on the right to select your swimmers age, level, day of the week and times your available or maybe even an instructor you are looking for. When you find a class that works for you, you can add it to your cart, register and pay directly through the website.
Don't forget to click on that shopping cart to complete the checkout process!
If a class you are interested in is full, please add yourself to the waitlist for that class. When a spot becomes available, we will contact you. Click on the link below to begin.

Managing your Captyn Account
Visit quest.captyn.com and use the email and password you created at registration to log into your account. From there click on "my account" to
VIEW YOUR UPCOMING BILL AND PAST INVOICES.
From the "My Account " tab you can view your entire billing history, update your credit card information, or edit your account information. You can also scroll down to see how many tokens you have and your past token history.
MANAGE CURRENT ENROLLMENTS.
From the "Registrations" tab you can view your current enrollments, request to move your current enrollment to a different class day or time, or schedule a cancellation to end your enrollment.
VIEW YOUR SWIMMERS EVALUATIONS.
Each month your instructor will fill out an evaluation for your swimmer. Evaluations will tell you when it's time for your swimmer to move up to the next level. From the "Activity" tab you can view all your swimmers past evaluations in more detail.
