Daniel is from Chesterfield County, VA. He went to Meadowbrook High School and got his BA in History Education at Longwood University. He’s taught lessons since he was 17 years old and has been teaching at Quest now for almost 2 years as well as coaching the homeschool novice team here at Quest. He has also head coached and taught at Tarrington over the summer. Daniel’s favorite part about swimming is that it is a life saving skill you can do for as long as you live. Outside of swimming Daniel LOVES to work out- any kind of HIIT workout. He also has a passion for history, theater, art, baseball, and anything having to do with NYC where he used to live! In fact Daniel has his own tour operating company called Show Me Tours that he has owned for over 20 years. When Daniel isn’t in the pool, he’s probably with a tour group in New York!
