Gianna aka Coach G is originally from North Carolina, but moved to Virginia in 7th grade. She is currently a senior in high school with plans to (hopefully) attend UVA! Gianna’s been swimming competitively for about seven years now. She started on summer league back in fifth grade and then moved to a year-round team in sixth grade. She’s been competing with Quest since her freshman year of highschool. Gianna’s favorite stroke to swim (and teach!) is Butterfly. Her favorite hobby outside of swimming is anything that has to do with music- concerts, listening to my favorite artists, and playing my own music. Gianna is a self-taught guitarist, pianist, vocalist, and bassist. She also enjoys crocheting and other crafts!
